Drop-in Knitting Group OR “Relax, Chat & Stitch”
Most Tuesdays 1:00pm - 4:00pm
This is a social knitting (crochet is welcome!) group that offers no formal instruction other than a willingness to help each other tackle projects of all levels. The ladies in the group are very friendly and always willing to help out if you get “stuck”. If you are just learning how to knit or if you are an experienced knitter, treat yourself to some “me” time to relax, chat and stitch.
Most Wednesdays 5:00pm - 7:30pm
Coordinators: Sue Talhouk and Terry Corringham
Our ongoing garment group meets most Thursday evenings. There is minimal instruction but a lot of support and discussion and always an extra pair of hands to help you pin and fit a garment. You are welcome to work on any type of garment. Intermediate level sewing skills required. Please call us at 603-373-0151 to sign up.
Most Fridays 10:30am - 12:30pm
Instructor: Suzanne Whiteside
This class is for the very beginner or the quilter with basic skills. If you feel more comfortable having an instructor nearby in case you need help, this is the class for you. If you want to strengthen some of your basic quilting skills, this is the class for you. If you want to challenge yourself a bit, this is the class for you. If you have never quilted before and have a burning desire to give it a try, this class is for you. Not only will you learn from what you are creating, you will certainly learn from those around you too!
