Vintage Dress Applique Class (scan n cut and machine embroidery class)
Date: Thursday, November 5th, 2020
Time: 10AM-4PM (bring your own lunch)
Cost: $119.00 *includes USB with design set and cut files
*** Minimum hoop size must have a 5″X8″ embroidery field. Larger is fine!
I saw a beautiful intricately pieced quilt and it inspired me to create this classic (much simpler to create!) dress quilt. I invite you to make your own, using my special cut files and applique design set. You will learn how to cut the applique pieces on your Brother Scan n Cut machine and then learn how to embroider them onto a block using your embroidery machine. We will spend part of the class time cutting and part embroidering! The focus of this class will be to instruct you how to create the blocks, you will choose how many to do and how you would like to assemble them yourself to suit your project! I will share how I did mine but will encourage you to use your blocks as you would like! (you may prefer a bed runner or wallhanging!) The design set included in this class contains a cut file, 2 Applique files and 5 bonus “Accessory” files. They will be on a USB in your machine format.
